To walk alongside our patients, like family, in treating the connection between oral and systemic health, delivering compassionate care that enhances both smiles and overall well-being.
“After shadowing a dentist when I was younger, I learned early that dentistry was a lot more than just clinical. I quickly understood relationships are the core of what we do. But we get to build them in the context of really helping people. This marriage of building relationships while improving oral health is a beautiful thing to me.”

After earning his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Cleveland State University, Dr. Joe went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He served as the Speaker of the House for the American Student Dental Association (ASDA) and as President of the Ohio State ASDA.
His deep passion to help patients achieve excellent restorative outcomes has driven his experience and training with placing delayed and immediate dental implants. Dr. Joe is also actively involved in organized dentistry as a means to promote beneficial change for dentists and patients.
In his downtime, he can be found spending quality time with his family: his wife Jocelyn, a dedicated NICU nurse who’s just as passionate about her work, and their adorable goldendoodle, Bentley. They enjoy getting outdoors for hikes and walks, but they also love unwinding at home with quiet evenings, cooking together, and settling in for a good movie night.
For decades, Dr. Gregg Elefterin built something rare in dentistry. A practice where patients felt genuinely known, where relationships ran deeper than appointments, and where the high standard of care spoke for itself. That kind of trust takes a lifetime to earn. We intend to honor it.
Together, the name represents everything we believe a dental family should be and everything we intend to become.
Legacy reflects both what we have inherited and what we are building upon. Earned trust. Meaningful relationships. Care that leaves a lasting impression long after your visit.
Oak because few things in nature embody strength, stability, and deep roots quite like an oak tree. It is the standard we hold ourselves to, in how we treat relationships and how we approach oral healthcare.
